The Christian Community of Chapel Hill is an affiliate congregation of The Christian Community in the Greater Washington – Baltimore Area. When it is not possible for Rev. Giles to visit us and hold services, we sometimes have Devotional Gatherings at the home of one of our members. At these meetings we engage in a little singing, some short prayers, a gospel reading, and plenty of conversation. Our conversation about the gospel reading tends to deepen and illuminate our understanding while drawing us into a spiritually intimate communion. It’s always a rich experience.

Gathering together helps build our Christian community when we are not able to participate in The Consecration of the Human Being.
