In doing so, we attune ourselves to what surrounds us in all we do, feel and think. Life is an experience of living and becoming aware of what/who lives in the surrounding spaces of existence, from the forces of nature in all its aspects to our relationships with each other as human beings and our Dead.
We engage with wonder and we listen deeply to our surroundings and to each other. We also struggle together to understand what it means to be a human being living a journey from heaven to earth and back again as we do in our individual karmic pictures. We acknowledge that we are spiritual beings attempting to make a true relationship to ourselves, each other and to the forces at work in the world and beyond.
Many come to our study on a regular basis. Some come for a shorter time when they have experienced the death of a friend or relative to seek comfort and deeper understanding of the journey from life to death and back to life. All are welcome to come. We engage in a verse and lyre playing at the beginning and at the end of our gathering. We enjoy many moods and experiences depending on who comes. It is a remarkably healing and uplifting experience to study and share together in this capacity.
